SHOWCASE SOMETHING SPECIAL

Special projects curated and produced by The Net Gallery include the Portraits for NHS Heroes virtual exhibition at Fitzrovia Chapel. Organised in collaboration with artist Tom Croft and the Contemporary British Portrait Painters, the exhibition celebrated the role of frontline workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Net Gallery is a longterm supporter of emerging artists and has partnered with organisations such as University of the Arts London, Arts SU and Freelands Foundation to champion new work. Our coverage includes unique, virtual studio tours that go behind-the-scenes to explore each artist’s practice in photorealistic detail.

COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY

Virtual tours produced by The Net Gallery are viewable on any device, both now and in the future. By taking a project online, the physical exhibition only needs to be in place for the time it takes to scan – minimising venue costs, while maximising the number of people who are able to view the show.

Our expert editorial and videography teams complement special projects with added narrative content, ensuring an unrivalled virtual experience.

TELL YOUR STORY

The content we create is a fantastic way to engage press and generate excitement across social media.

Add context and narratives around the art on show by adding interactive tags that tell the story behind the exhibits, focus the scan on a particular featured artist or special project, or allow virtual access to a sample area to entice people to visit in person.

PORTRAITS FOR NHS HEROES

The Net Gallery and artist Tom Croft have partnered to create a virtual exhibition showcasing portraits of NHS staff, created during the current crisis. The exhibition incorporates work by 15 artists, all members of the Contemporary British Portrait Painters (CBPP), which represents many of the top portrait painters living and working in the UK. The display, which is exclusively available online, was installed and scanned at Fitzrovia Chapel in London, the former chapel of Middlesex Hospital. The virtual exhibition celebrates frontline workers through portraiture and will raise funds for NHS Charities Together, to help support to the ongoing COVID-19 relief effort.
